ICA Woman in Corrections Conference

The  Annual Women’s in Corrections Conference is being held on September 28-29, 2023 @ the  Christian Conference Center in Newton Iowa. This is a team building, networking conference that provides a great learning experience for both personal & professional growth for women in corrections. This is a means to renew our personal energy and insight as we face the day to day challenges in our jobs.

Overnight guests:

We like to see participants attend the entire conference and be open to the opportunity to meet new people or reconnect with past participants by joining us overnight and for all of our meals. However, we also know that is not always possible, below are other options if your situation doesn’t allow you the full conference opportunity:

Day travelers:

1 day conference fee: 35.00  including meals

2 day conference fee: 70.00  including meals

Due to space limitations, there will not be an option for a single occupancy room. We are limited to 30 overnight stays. Therefore, overnight stays will be accomodated on first come/first serve basis. There are hotel options close by the Newton Speedway including Boulders Inn and Suites and the AmericInn. The Conference Center also has 3 full hook-up camp sites avaialble. Contact Julie Brandt if you chose this option.
